About this Course
The Art of Self-Compassion - Create Alongside Your Inner Critic A gentle, creative experience to befriend your inner critic, reconnect with your true self, and rediscover joy through journaling and self-expression. You’ll be guided through a self-paced journey of journaling, reflection, and the creation of a self-portrait — not as a test of artistic skill, but as a powerful practice in self-compassion and courage. This experience is for you if: - You long to express yourself freely, but often hold back - You’re tired of your inner critic running the show - You want to reconnect with your creativity, softness, and self-trust - You crave a safe space to explore what’s inside, without pressure or judgment You’ll learn how to: - Notice your inner critic with curiosity, not shame - Stay connected to your true self — even when self-doubt creeps in - Keep creating, even when perfectionism tries to shut you down - Extend kindness to yourself in the moments you usually abandon or criticise yourself Together, we’ll explore: - Grounding practices to support your nervous system - Reflective journaling to access what’s present - A guided, intuitive self-portrait process — a space to witness and honour yourself exactly as you are - This is a space to soften, experiment, express, and reconnect. You don’t need to be artistic. You just need to be willing to show up as you are. Please note: This course is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health care.
